A Rose by Any Other Name.    Additional
According to the dictionary, the following words have multiple meanings.
Communicate  &  Relate
(Scroll Down for definitions.)
Although the defined meanings are usually clear, there are relate ably
different meanings  How then do we know what well be interpreted within
the message.
People talk all day long.  They've been doing so for centuries.
How many truly get their message across?  We are bombarded with
advertising and other attention getting devises to the point where we
regularly say things like, "You should have understood!".  The reality is that
your message was not received with the intention that it was sent.
For this we need distinctions.
For example:
What is it that you really want?
Wealth,
Friends,
Loved Ones?
What is it that you genuinely need?
Money,
Contacts,
Someone you Trust?
While there may be subtle distinctions in each question,
and even more in each answer, ask yourself;
Can you tell the difference?
Most people may answer yes, and would then be hard pressed to list the
distinctions.  Many have difficulty in communicating these answers as they
find difficulty in relating to the question.  Powerful communication will relate to
whom you speak.  The way to most intimately relate is through precision
communication.
This leads to an interesting paradox.  This is also where the crossroads of
contentment and success intersect.  No matter what it is that you do in life
you are destined to communicate.  Why not do it well?  If you are in any way
connected to people you must have a greater appreciation of maintaining
relationships.  The distinctions are yours to make.
